Taha Yasin Toraman co-founded mentorXL on a simple observation: great ideas fail when the system behind them is broken. His job is to make sure that never happens to a mentorXL client.

He shapes the agency’s growth model — the six integrated systems and the 4S Method — and works with brands on the big questions first: where the growth will come from, which system they need, and how strategy, creative, media and technology will work together to get there.

Inside the studio he connects the teams. Outside it, he is usually the first person a new client talks to.
