Türkşeker
A century-old institution, a new visual language.
Türkşeker is the long-established institution behind sugar beet farming and sugar production in Türkiye. We rebuilt its visual identity from the ground up: an emblem born from the sugar beet, a new logo, a custom typeface designed for the institution and an identity system that runs from factory signage to business cards.
Letting a deep-rooted institution speak today’s language.
Renewing the identity of an institution with nearly a century behind it does not mean erasing the past; it means building a stronger language to carry it.
We took our starting point from the institution itself: the sugar beet, farming and production. The goal was a simple, modern system that inspires the same trust everywhere, from factory signage to staff ID cards.
- 01Origin
Sugar beet and sustainable farming
- 02Production
The rhythm and labour of the factories
- 03Trust
A corporate, legible, timeless language
An emblem grown from a single sugar beet.
We reduced the sugar beet to a single drop. Turned eight times around a centre, the drop became a wheel that stands for production; enclosed by a notched ring, it gained the steady rhythm of the factories.
Scroll down and watch the emblem assemble itself, step by step, from the original vectors.
From a beet to an emblem, in four steps.
- 01Drop
The sugar beet is reduced to one clean drop form.
- 02Wheel
Rotated eight times, the drop becomes a wheel that stands for production.
- 03Ring
A notched ring holds the whole together, like the gears of a factory.
- 04Logo
The emblem meets a logotype drawn in the institution’s own typeface.

The brand’s voice: a typeface of its own.
While drawing the logotype we went one step further and designed a typeface exclusively for Türkşeker. TürkŞeker SemiBold is slightly slanted, softly rounded and carries every character of the Turkish alphabet.
The same letters appear in the logo, slogans, signage and correspondence, giving the institution one voice at every touchpoint.

Type anything below, change the size, or hover over the character set: every letter is drawn for the institution. The dots mark the characters specific to Turkish.

Green and black: trust and strength.
Green stands for the soil, abundance and the sugar beet’s contribution to sustainable farming. Paired with black, it builds a strong, modern image that stays legible in print and on screen.
From colour codes to background rules, we defined every detail so that anyone using the brand gets the same result.
Pick a background, the logo follows the rules.
Each background has a defined logo version in the guidelines. Click a colour to see it, and copy its HEX code.

From the factory to the business card, one identity.
We carried the identity across every touchpoint of a large organisation: factory and office signage, flags, stationery, staff cards, social media templates and in-house items.
We gathered all of it in a corporate identity guide, so the brand can be applied correctly by every team and supplier.
