Sinpaş Queen
In the heart of Bomonti, luxury told through the rhythm of a day.
Sinpaş Queen Bomonti brings luxury residential living to the centre of Istanbul. mentorXL produced the project’s photography and video: lifestyle and architectural shoots across its living spaces, social areas and facilities, together with aerial films that place the towers within the city. The result is a visual library built for every channel of the sales journey.
Luxury is not measured in square metres, but in the rhythm of a day.
In luxury residential communication, the image carries the weight of the promise. Our brief to ourselves was clear: not to document the spaces, but to let people imagine their own life inside them.
We planned the production as a single day at Queen, from the first coffee by the window to the city lights at night, and shot every living space, social area and facility within that continuous story.

Moments of life across every space

Light, materials and the view
- 03Aerial
The towers within the city

The same view, two different lives.
We photographed the residences at both ends of the day: the soft daylight that fills the living room and the glow of Istanbul after dark. The same frame tells two stories, and together they show what a home at Queen feels like around the clock.
From there, the shoot moves through the life of the project: the gardens and the pool, the tennis court, the lobby, the kitchen, the spa and the gym.
Every space, a moment.
A selection from the lifestyle shoots across the residences, social areas and facilities.
As much about the people as the place.
Luxury becomes believable when it is lived. Alongside the wide frames, we composed portraits and details with an editorial eye: natural poses, considered styling and a palette that echoes the materials of the project.
Every frame was shot to work on its own and as part of a series, so the same story holds together across a brochure, a billboard or a single social post.

One production, every channel.
The shoot was planned from the start as a library rather than a set of images. Wide and vertical frames, day and night versions, lifestyle and architectural views and aerial footage give the sales team a consistent visual language for the website, brochures, sales offices, outdoor and social media.
